Privacy notice

This notice describes the information handled when you use the Acquora website or submit a quotation request.

Information the intake accepts

• Contact, company, requested service, project context and requested observation dates.
• A reference latitude and longitude, plus an optional monitoring boundary drawn on the map.
• The technical information normally sent by your browser, such as request time and basic security data.

The form does not request or accept payment-card or billing information.

How the information is used

Submitted information is used to evaluate the requested service, understand the territory involved, prepare a possible quotation, contact the submitter and protect the form from abuse. Submitting the form does not create a charge or contract.

Map and service providers

When the interactive map loads, Google Maps receives the technical information normally sent by your browser. Its use is governed by the Google Maps terms and Google privacy policy. Acquora also uses hosting, database and transactional-email providers to operate the website, store requests and alert its commercial team. Those providers receive only the information required for those purposes.

Storage and access

Quotation requests are stored in private server-side storage. Public browser clients do not receive direct database access. Access is limited to authorised Acquora personnel who assess requests or maintain the service. Email alerts contain a reference to the request, but not the submitted contact, project or territory details.

A request that does not advance into a business relationship is automatically scheduled for deletion 90 days after submission. If the relationship advances, Acquora may retain the information while it is needed to provide, manage or document the service and to meet applicable legal obligations. An authorised user can also delete a request earlier.

Necessary browser storage

The quotation form and private administration area use short-lived, strictly necessary security cookies to protect submissions and authenticated sessions. Acquora does not currently use advertising or analytics cookies. If non-essential analytics are introduced later, this notice and the website controls will be updated before they are enabled.
